Liver Squares

. Yield: 35 servings

. 1 1/2 c Wheat germ

. 3 lb Liver, chopped

. 1 1/2 c Corn meal

. 3 Eggs

. Garlic

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients and puree in food processor. Spread on well greased cookie sheet and bake for approximately. 20 min. Cut into squares, freeze and use as needed.
